1 oz

Migraine Tincture has two powerful herbs in it; Feverfew and White Willow Bark.

Use a dropperful or so under your tongue, if you can handle it or in a little bit of water or juice or best of all, Elderberry Oxymel.  Hold it in your mouth so that the nutrients can be absorbed throught the mucous membranes under the tongue.  Rest in a chair or lying down for 15 minutes or so with a Headache Cozy or other cool cloth or cold pack, on your eyes and or forehead or back of neck.  Just think about how the Feverfew is smoothing out the spasms that are occurring in the soft tissue of your brain.  If after 15 or 20 minutes if your headache isn’t better or gone, then take some more and repeat the process.  You Will Be Amazed!
